Great post!
Thanks alot!
Thanks for sharing this, I don’t joke with oatmeal it contains a lot of fibers and reduce my craving. Avocado with its monounsaturated fat too is wonderful, it has tons of benefit. Lastly, Apple cider vinegar is just too good, I get bet anything on it.
Yeah they’re all great additions to a diet if you’re stomach can handle it
Lovely post! 😃✌
Thanks!!!
I’m going to try adding cucumber to my water. Great tip! I usually do mint, grapefruit, grapes and strawberries!
Awesome! How do you like the taste of that?
It’s very refreshing first thing in the morning. Doesn’t tastes so great later in the day however LOL.
Haha good to know!
This is pretty cool and I think it out.
Thanks!!!
We eat almost the same exact things for the Breakfast/Lunch. I have to try that RisFit Trio – sounds goood.
That’s great! Yeah the RisFit trio aka Guac, Ketchup, and Cholula Hot Sauce is definitely a favorite for us! Hope you like it!
What a healthful looking menu! Thanks for sharing. I need to eat more veggies.
No problem! Glad you liked it!
Makes me feel superb already 🙂
Haha awesome! Hopefully it has lasting effects!

Thanks!
Love this! I’m not vegan, but I eat very little meat. Your dietary suggestions are some of my favorite foods.
Awesome! Glad you liked the post! 😊
Do you use gluten-free oats?
Yes I use Bob’s Red Mill Oats. They happen to be gluten free, but as far as I know oats are still allowed on a gluten sensitive diet. However, there are those who still claim that you may be better off going for oats that are gluten free to be on the safe side 👍 try them sprouted or soak your oats overnight if you are looking to maximize nutrients 😊
